The hydraulic system clamp wire and send wire to mechanical molding wheels (adjust angles based on actual needs), press and curve into needed wire rings, cut, finish.

2. Reliable and stable function: directly drived by hydraulic motor, cycloid motor torque is 477Nm, no need gear power to support, which decrease the gap between gears, to realize higher precision. Input power is 1.5KW, wire feeding is stable, fast and accurate. Have positive and negative function, easy to adjust.

3. Professionally designed and manufactured oil station, stable oil pressure, adjustable speed. Parts oil pump, oil pump motor and electro-magnetic valves from TaiWan.

4. Can preset the product quantity, when the production quantity reaches setted quantity, the machine will stop automatically and alarm.

5. Use encoder from Japan, can count accurately.

6. Water cooling: guarantee stable oil temperature, when weather is hot and long time operation, the machine still can work normally, and precision has been guaranteed.

7. Application: Can automatically make round wire ring, half-round wire ring based on needs.

8. Fast speed: 20-40meters/minute;

9. High precision: finish product tolerance is 0.2-0.5mm;
